Painting-in-Progress: Water Tower
Honestly, it is a Water Tower. An American one from here in the Midwest and not an Irish one. That would look completely different.This is the first stage of the painting - just an initial underpainting - so I decided to make the photograph something better to look at than just the painting.
At this stage the unfinished paintings might seem to be getting out of hand. They're not - they've always been out of hand. In a couple of months, when I get a chance, I'll re-organize the various works-in-progress so their progress (or regress) can be followed.
